What does Porzellanland offer you?
You will find crockery parts or individual crockery sets from the manufacturers Villeroy & Boch, Hutschenreuther, Furstenberg, Spode, Herend, Taitu, KPM, Augarten, Wedgewood and Rosenthal. These are mainly crockery parts that are no longer available in specialist shops.
In what quality is the porcelain delivered?
The used goods offered are mostly in new condition with little or no signs of wear. In the case of used goods with signs of use, this is indicated.
New goods are marked with NEW.
Where is the difference in quality to be found?
The different quality or signs of use/cutlery are pointed out in the item description. So make sure to read it! This avoids discrepancies and unnecessary complaints.
The new goods are mostly 1st choice or selected 2nd choice goods. Visible errors are checked in noted in the description.
What the Porzellanland employees like to do for you
We strive to describe the items as accurately as possible. If we make a mistake or you are dissatisfied, we are happy to find a good solution with you.
Porzellanland's service for you
The articles are carefully packed in tissue paper so that there is no discolouration, as is the case with newspapers, for example. In addition, we use bubble wrap to ensure breakage safety for problem-free transport.
How is "Sofortüberweisung" processed?
The goods will be carefully packaged after receipt of payment. Since the payment of immediate transfers is often only booked after several days with us, the dispatch is delayed accordingly.

Why is the VAT not listed on the invoice?
The prices are final prices including VAT plus shipping costs. As a small company, we are subject to differential taxation in accordance with § 25 a UStG. It is therefore not possible to show VAT when invoicing.
Extensive range at Porzellanland
We are receiving more and more requests for discounts or reductions. These will no longer be answered. Our prices are fixed and therefore non-negotiable. The prices are fair market prices.
What is considered at Porzellanland
Our texts and images are protected by copyright. Any unlicensed use constitutes a copyright infringement according to §§ 105 UrhG and will be prosecuted.
