What does Porzellanland offer you?
You will find tableware parts or individual tableware sets from the manufacturers Villeroy & Boch, Hutschenreuther, Fürstenberg, Spode, Herend, Taitu, KPM, Augarten, Wedgewood and Rosenthal. These are mainly tableware items that are no longer available in specialist shops.
In what quality is the porcelain delivered?
The used goods offered are usually in new condition with no or only slight signs of wear. Used goods with signs of wear will be indicated.
New goods are marked NEW.
Where is the difference in quality?
The different quality and signs of use/cutlery are indicated in the item description. So be sure to read it! This way you can avoid discrepancies and unnecessary complaints.
The new goods are usually first choice or selected second choice goods. Visible defects are checked in the description.
What the employees of Porzellanland are happy to do for you
We try to describe the items as accurately as possible. If we make a mistake or you are dissatisfied, we are happy to find a good solution with you.
The service of Porzellanland for you
The items are carefully packaged in tissue paper to prevent discoloration, as can happen with newspapers, for example. We also use bubble wrap to ensure that the items are not shattered and can be transported without any problems.
How is "Instant Transfer" processed?
The goods will be carefully packaged and shipped after receipt of payment. Since the payment for instant bank transfers is often only posted after several days, shipping is delayed accordingly.

Why is VAT not listed on the invoice?
The prices are final prices including VAT plus shipping costs. As a small business, we are subject to differential taxation in accordance with Section 25a of the VAT Act. Therefore, VAT cannot be shown on invoices.
Extensive offer at Porzellanland
We are increasingly receiving requests for discounts or reductions. These are no longer answered. Our prices are fixed and therefore not negotiable. The prices are fair market prices.
What is important at Porzellanland
Our texts and images are protected by copyright. Any unlicensed use constitutes a copyright infringement according to §§ 105 UrhG and will be prosecuted.
What should I do if I receive fracture?
We reserve the right to sell to dealers or resellers.
